Our UK 'from' prices are based on a small parcel weighing no more than 2 kilograms.
-How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders to a UK based address are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery timescales can be found in the above table. Unfortunately, unforeseen problems such as postal strikes and weather conditions can affect the delivery time and therefore we advise recipients to allow 15 days for UK orders in this instance.
-Which payment methods to you accept?
We accept payment using the following credit or debit cards: VISA, VISA Delta, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro American Express and Solo. When you place your order online, further to payment clearance, you will receive your products via post to the delivery address given. All postage and packaging charges for delivery are charged per order, not per item. Important information: For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
-I’ve not received an order confirmation – was my order successful?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at orders@Trendingcosmetics.co.uk with your inquiry.
-My order hasn’t arrived
Please refer to our Delivery page for timescales but if you order has still not arrived please contact us orders@Trendingcosmetics.co.uk with your inquiry.
-My order has arrived damaged
When preparing your order for dispatch we always do what we can to ensure that your order is safely packaged, if you find any of your order is damaged on delivery - please contact us here within seven days of delivery quoting your email address, order number and damaged item(s).
-My order has arrived incomplete
When preparing your order for dispatch we always double check orders before posting to ensure all items are picked and packed. If for some reason you find your order is missing an item(s) on delivery - please get in touch with us here within seven days of delivery quoting your email address, order number and missing item(s).

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Trending Cosmetics VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
-I've forgotten my password. what should I do?

You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password.
